Mr. Tashiro has over 12 years of experience in private equity and M&A in Japan. He was previously with Olympus Capital Holdings Asia, a leading Asian middle market private equity firm where he worked on a successful investment in an agri-chemical company which was exited in 2007 for USD 2.2 billion. Prior to that, he was a founding member of the private equity group at Shinsei Bank, and also worked in the M&A corporate advisory group for the formerly Long Term Credit Bank of Japan.
