SpringLiner executed a debt restructuring advisory mandate for a chemical tanker operator
and their financiers.

negotiation with charterers, sellers, buyers, ship manager and financiers.

SpringLiner established and manages a fund for a pool of investors with interests in the dry bulk

SpringLiner is nominated as asset manager of the “Setouchi Ship Partners Fund” raised by Japanese
